Found one of us in the bird world

Hi All,

I've been talking to a man about birds and found out he has Lupus. He also has IBS and Diverticulitis. I mentioned the GF diet and found out his mother is celiac.

I told him, Gary, to stop by here and I hope he does.

I had lupus, and it's no longer in evidence according to blood tests. Yu might mention it to him . . everyone's different, and I wouldn't want to offer false hope, but . . .
