I'll start tomorrow. Today I think I am reacting. I certainly don't feel good.

Feeling okay despite yesterday. Just tired.
7:00 glass of OJ
8:00-9:30 medium DD coffee w/cream
9:45 Banana berry yogurt
Getting into the swing at work. Feeling okay.
10:40 got a cup of green tea to sip at my desk
12:10 took a 10 minute walk (while getting lunch). Muscles are feeling achy...kind of like if I stretch them too far they are going to try to charley horse back. Particularly in my back. My hip flexors just ache. could be leftover result of yesterdays D. I'm sure that screwed with some hydration/mineral balance.
12:20 grilled chicken salad from Pizza Chef w/Italian dressing (I really think these are okay for me).
3:30 Cup of green tea to sip on at my desk
4:00 clementine
6:00 roasted chicken, broccoli (raw) and a bit of Cabot French onion dip, glass of orange juice
also took a calcium supplement. I had been taking for the bones, but have been not good about it while I've been not feeling well. Maybe the calcium/potassium will help the muscles.
8:45 A few Gold Tostidos and a few pistacios
Feeling pretty good.

Woke up feeing a bit off. Stomach doesn't hurt, just doesn't feel quite right. My sinuses are stuffed up again too. Had a cold last weekend which was getting much better.
7:00 OJ

10:00 feeling a bit blah. My calf muscle on one leg hurts a bit...just in one spot like a knot in the muscle or something. Having a cup of green tea.
12:00 chicken tenders with summer squash, zucchini, tomato sauce (Ragu traditional) with a smidge of paremsan cheese. Gatorade to drink
