Hi Barbra, I am working on the spirits. Taking a mild anti-depresant. Doctor is working with me on it. He gave me RX for pain as well, so it's a matter of finding the right meds and just having faith and good thoughts. Mike was told what the doc said and is going to help me this weekend clean the place.
