Monday morning was struck with a bad case of the flu - was on vacation yesterday and today - YUK!!!
Going back to bed - VERY sick!

You sure DO seem to get everything that comes down the pike. Maybe it would help you to increase vitamin D if you haven't already.
I hope your symptoms are shortlived. I had the flu two winters ago and it knocked me out for about a week. No fun, I know. Rest a lot, drink lots of fluids, and do NOT take NSAIDs (that's the doctor's advice for MCers).

I'm so sorry. You really have been having a time of it these last months. I agree with Polly, start taking the vit. D anyway. Your body must be missing something to make you so succeptable to everything.

That's the pits. Like everyone else, I hope that you can get done with it in as little time as possible.
