The problem was with the "Quick Reply" form. That's not a standard part of the php board code - I added it later. Anyway, because of that, the code in that file didn't get updated to meet the "Session Check" standards when the rest of the files were upgraded, so that caused the error message.
I changed the code, so it should be working correctly, now.
The PM posting file is also not 'standard issue", so PMs will also probably still show an "Invalid Session" message. I'll try to find a fix for that when I have more time - gotta go back to work now.
