Cant get into CHAT!!!

all I get is a GREY screen---

and I am NOT asking Mr.Louie to look @ directions to adjust program``

he will not help me---gotta find out myself

I always had Greay before but then the chat popped up???

Barb,

If all else fails, the first thing to do is clear your cookies and/or reboot your computer.

I usually have good luck with either of these things.

Make sure you have the latest version of Java installed.

And make sure you give it time to load.

After you clear all your cookies, be sure you close your browser, and then load it again, so that you have to log in. That way the system will set a new cookie.

Clear all your cookies, (again), and then close Internet Express, or Firefox, or whatever browser you are using. That way when you go to this board, the system will ask you to log in, and it will set a new cookie. The chat room should work, then.
