Hi Oma,
When you clear the cookie cache, you have to close your browser immediately afterwards, because if you don't, the system will keep using the same cookie for the board.
If you clear the cookies, and then close your browser; then when you go to this board, the system will force you to log in again, and then it will set a new cookie. The chatroom should work correctly for you, then.
Liz, Mars, and I were all able to use the chatroom without any problems, but we are all using Firefox browsers. The software for the chatroom has been upgraded. That's why the old cookie won't work. It's possible that IE may not work with the new version of the chat, but I'd be surprised if that's true.
I'll try it a little later, and see.

I checked using Internet Explorer and got into the chat room fine. I'm not sure how to help though. Everything works fine on my end.
