You were right, of course - they're excellent, and I'm glad that I finally located a source for them. The only complaint that I have is that they're smaller than most other apples, and they always leave me wanting more. LOL.

Here are a couple of others that I liked, Jonagold (sp) and Honeycrisp. Boy do I miss being able to eat apples. :(

Fructose, and apples are the worst as far as fructose content.

Oh. Bummer. You know, it's strange, but when I was at my worst point, (as far as sugars were concerned), fructose and maple sugar were the only sugars that didn't bother me.
