Loading the woodstove before heading to bed, 11pm Alaska time and my readings are -18 below now. It will be as cold as -25 plus by morning, or colder.

What are your temps?

Well, we are unseasonably warm...high 30s yesterday...60s over the weekend. Ironically I've got two projects at work that freezing temps would be good for to help stiffen up the mud! It was in the 20s last night and isn't supposed to go over 30 today.

Stay warm Joanna,
Katy

We are supposed to have highs in the 50s & 60s Tues through Thurs. The local weatherman showed the map with your cold temps last night. Your cold weather is headed our way for the weekend. Highs in the 20s with lows in the teens and single digits maybe by Monday.

Stay warm.

Our temps here in Northeast Ohio are in the 30's this morning and it's supposed to drop into the teens tonight.
We have had really unseasonally higher temps for January here. Not even close to the snow amounts that we normally have..
It's been really weird!!!!

Love

Well, I don't know what the temp was last night, but at 8:12 AM it's 64 degrees F. Loving it!! It won't last long enough though.

Me too, Mags. I miss winter this year. Our weather is about like yours. I hear it will be in the 60s this Sat. - unheard of for mid- Jan. At least it will be good for the Ravens/Colts playoff game here.

Love,

Polly

I don't know Polly. New England made it to the superbowl that year when they beat San Diego in the snow! SD just wasn't up to the challenge being a warm climate team.

Wow...we are getting ALL the wild weather in the Pacifc Northwest. More wind today....heavy rain...now an arctic cold front is moving-in. It is supposed to start snowing in the middle of the night and continue tomorrow. It will also be very very cold for the rest of the week! I really need a snow day...I need to do some more organizing....my focus will be on my bedroom! I hate getting rid of clothes, but the time has come!

I'm starting my snow dance right now! :weirdnana: nite nite...JJ :snowflake:
