Curry Chicken Salad

I use :
1- 10-12oz. can of white chicken breast that only has water & salt added.
Drain off the liguid.
1/4 cup diced celery
1/4 cup diced sweet onion
salt & pepper to taste
!/2 cup of Hellman's
Mix the above together and then add the curry powder a little at a time to your liking.....
This is really good on a GF cinnamom-raisen bread and leaf lettuce..
