We've got -10C here at midnight, which is about 32F. I had to go to the conversion website to figure it out because I was educated in farenheight at school and thenm they went metric on Canada and mixed us old guys all up. I know in the plus temperatures you can convert by doubling the temperature and adding 30, but when it goes below zero I get muddled.
Anyway, It's pretty cold for this area and this Arctic front is supposed to hang around for a few days at least.
Well, will bundle up and cuddle up to my kitty. She's a good lap warmer.

Actually, it's colder than that. -10 C is 14 F. To convert from Centigrade to Fahrenheit, you divide by 5, multiply by 9, and add 32.

To convert from Fahrenheit to Centigrade, you subtract 32, divide by 9, and multiply by 5. This gives an exact conversion.

Hi...Tacoma schools are closed again today....wow....that's 3 days! I am in shock....I am on mini- vacation. Yesterday, my niece suprised me and came down from Seattle...she helped me shovel the side walk...I live on a corner, so I have quite a bit to do. Between my snow shovel and a garden rake, we did quite well. The snow is fairly dry, so that helped. It is around 22 here right now....I drove to the store....my Subaru wirh new tires did fine.

I have a toothache, so need to call the dentist...TTFN...JJ

Did you get much snow up your way????? I think we got 5 or 6 inches in North Tacoma and it isn't going away! I have to drive to West Seattle early tomorrow morning....will meet our ski school director and ride to Snoqualmie with him....stay warm! JJ

Yeah, some. Only a few inches, but my youngest daughter is loving it. :)

Stay safe, I hear W Seattle is pretty bad as far as ice is concerned. Though if you travel the main roads it shouldn't be bad at all. Have fun skiing. :)
