Has anyone seen this book?

Hi all,

I found a new book today at a Barnes and Nobles (findly got out after a week of confinement scream, scream!).

Anyway, the title is, "The Kid-Friendly ADHD & AUTISM Cookbook, The Ultimate Guide to the GLUTEN-FREE, CASEIN-FREE DIET" "What it is, Why it Works, How to Do It."

Authors are Pamela J. Compart, M.D., and Dana Laake, RDH, MS, LDN.
It's put out by FairWinds Press, 2006.

There appear to be lots of helps inside this book, including lots for kids, including picky eaters. There are also comparisons to other diets which appear to be related. This looks like a really helpful book, and it deals with other allergens besides the gluten and casein. Recipes seem very usable for many of us multiples, but I'll have to study them a bit more to see how comprehensive they are.

It's a hardback, so should be useful for years to come.

Yours, Luce

Hi Luce,

I've checked out a couple very similar books from my library and they're the best! That's the closest diet to my intolerances - that and the paleo diet. Love, Marsha
