Well, Geoff's mom had surgery on Monday and the doc thinks it was successful and isolated to the one area. Of course we won't know the next step or if this is it until the pathology report comes back. We went to see her last night and she was up in a chair sipping on her liquid dinner. When Geoff asked if she was still on broth and jello her response was "do you see a cheeseburger here?". She looked really good for only being 1 day post surgery...her color was good, she was chatty, and out of bed.
As for the rest of our evening, we spent it getting and spreading sand on our driveway as when Geoff got home last night he got a call from the oil company saying they had tried to deliver oil to us but couldn't get up our driveway. We've had nothing but small storms of ice and 1-2 inches of snow at a time so the driveway is packed and slick. Must call now and see if they were able to deliver today.

Yea for Goeff's mom. Seems positive so far.
Hope you got your oil delivery. It could get might chilly if you ran out!
Here in SW Ohio we have finally got cold weather, but the sun is shining, the air is crisp, and it is really quite lovely! I can afford to appreciate it, as we are leaving for Florida in a few days!
