Hi All,
There may be trouble in paradise. After eating my second "dose" of OATIOS, yesterday morning, I noticed a little bloating, (all day), and I spent the night tossing and turning, with flu-like aches and pains, and a few leg cramps, but no other noticeable symptoms.
This morning, the only remaining pain seems to be in my finger joints, and it's just in the mild to moderate range. Since my symptoms were not very severe, nor long-lasting, and it's certainly possible that they were caused by something unrelated to the oats, I guess I'll give it one more try, probably about Tuesday morning.

Update On My Oats Trial
It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.
Oh RATZ Wayne!
I am hoping against hope that your trial works. I figure with all of my intolerances, there is no way I'd tolerate oats if you don't. So I'm keeping my fingers crossed that your symptoms are unrelated to the oats.
Unfortunately, they sure do sound like a food reaction though.
I'll stay tuned for the next trial results.
Love,
Polly

Blessed are they who can laugh at themselves, for they shall never cease to be amused.
