I was diagnosed with MC in August of 2003. I went gluten free in September, 2003. Six months later I discovered that I was also corn, dairy, soy and rice intolerant. Avoiding these foods has changed my life. I feel better than I have in 10 years and I have lost all of the weight that this disease put on me (40 lbs in 3 months before diagnosis).
