Emily had a salad today. We'll see how she does. She had some about a month ago and didn't do so well. She wanted to try again.

On a fun note, Emily organized a drum circle with all kinds of intruments. Her and her friend play around town. She plays down at Barton Springs, a beautiful park in the center of town. She said they are gathering quite a crowd of spectors when they play. She just headed to the park, drum in hand and her new bright blue birkenstocks that arrived in the mail today.
She is such a cutie. Maybe I'll post a picture of her as the avitar.

I'm glad she is having fun. I definitely want to see a picture of her but I want to see one of you too!! I believe we'll have a place for pictures when Wayne has the kinks worked out and has time.

Hi Roni,
This just reminded me of something funny that happened today. Took Mom in wheelchair to the Driver's License place -- what a MOB!

Anyway, when you're handicapped and just need an I.D., they take you right on, so wasn't as impossible as I feared. Lady taking the photo got a kick out of it when I stood behind the wheelchair with Mom in it and in front of the blue background curtain.
I'm so used to standing behind that wheelchair, guess I must've assumed that the camera would black me out.
Since I was smiling, guess it looked to the photographer like I was posing for a family photo. Anyway, she couldn't help but laugh, and then I did too.

Yep, need a photo of the two of you. Will you look more like sisters?
