Running on Empty

Post by Mars »

Hi everyone!

Anyone know how to bottle energy and send it my way (legally!) hehe

I can barely make it through the day before my eyes close. I came home from work and took a nap (this is getting to be a habit lately). When I wake up I feel like I've just gone 10 rounds!

Plurisy is still w/me but it's been worse. Wonder if that has something to do with it!

I'll be on vacation next week so YIPEE, I'll do better then!

:turtle: :welcome: No use for these in this post but aren't they adorable! LOL I feel like a kid in a candy store with a new suprise every time I enter!

Hey, if somebody sends you energy in a bottle, send some this way. I know what you mean about naps. I can't do that or I'm awake all night.

Vacations are GOOD!!!!

I hope you feel better soon.

Lots of love,

Sally

The best remedy I've found is to lay down or sit down for ten to 15 minutes and deep breath and let it out slowly. You'll be amazed at how well this works. If you do take naps set the kitchen timer for no more then 30 minutes. Power napping works wonders for me when I have very busy days.

Hope this helps,
Roni

I'll take some of that energy too!!! I feel like I am always running on empty anymore. Also the aches and pains have become more than I want to handle.

Being tired is NO FUN! That's the story of my life these days. A vacation is certainly the way to go!

I'm pretty low on energy, too, but I force myself. Yesterday I walked  40 minutes to pick up my car after work (got an oil change).

This morning I :bike: in to work - takes me about 25 minutes to do 7K (4.5 miles).

No-one mentioned how much they are willing to pay for some of this energy

Luv,
:pigtail:
