I always drank Gatorade---they feel the sugar in it causes issues????
They said NO Gatorade---Pedilyte is better????

We always have Pedialyte in the house. It is recommended for kids. It has the electrolytes you need when you are losing them from D or
Sugar *can* aggravate D in some people - so this is probably a better choice! The sugar is just in Gatorade for the taste anyways - what your body needs is the electrolytes to stay properly hydrated...
There may be a more technical explanation - but Pedialyte would be a healthier option, allowing you to get what you need without the extra sugar - probably a concern for those w/blood sugar issues, as well...
