Newest Snow Predictions!

Post by kate_ce1995 »

Well, if I'm reading it right, we are predicted to have up to 31 inches of snow between tonight and Thursday morning! My boss is being wishy washy about people coming in tomorrow...thinking we'll stay home, but not telling us to stay home. Guess we'll see how the roads are in the AM. I have a half mile hill that is pretty sketchy when snowy although the town does a good job keeping it clear. I don't think I've work a full week since before Christmas between my colds, the kids colds, and snowy days.

Didn't you just get through pointing out, a few days ago, that you hadn't had much snow this winter? I hope you're satisfied. LOL. We haven't had that much snow if you add up every flake that has fallen in the last 50 or 60 years.

Hope you don't get snowed in.

Wow Katy!! That's amazing ! Stay safe and be careful. Hope you have a fireplace, that would be nice in that weather. We're suppose to get freezing rain tomorrow. Love Oma :yikes:

It has been snowing in SE PA since 4:00 a.m. on Tuesday Moening and it still it. 6" snow and 2+" of ice on top of it. I found out I cannot shovel anymore. The heat just says now. No work today and tomorrow is a ?? mark at this point.

Vermont is getting slammed.

Love, Maggie

P.S. Why can't bosses just make up their mind?

Slammed is right. I was just out trying to do the top (flat) part of our driveway with a hand scoop (Geoff is at the bottom with the snowblower) but there is too much. I also don't feel great today. This darn cold virus is dragging me down. One day I feel good, the next I feel like crap. Didn't sleep well last night, so today is a crap day.
