Never heard of it----did one of U gals say it was *HOT*

Mike ate it when he went to Korea. He likes things hot so it wasn't all that hot to him. I myself have never tasted it. Love Oma

Do a search for Kimchi and you'll find lots of info on it.
I worked 9 & 1/2 hours today and I'm going to get a nice warn

and kick back before bed.

In some regards much like saukerkraut but a wee bit

hotter. I absolutely love it and on the other thread Matthew said with a raw apple it is like sweet and sour. Great idea and am going to try it.
