I take Theragran-M, but I didn't actually take any multivitamins until I started to heal. I was afraid to take any while I was still regularly reacting, especially since these contain some corn derivatives, which means that they might not be safe for a lot of us.
They're made by Bristol-Myers Squibb, but Walgreens bought the rights to these vitamins, so I believe they are now distributed exclusively by Walgreens.

Thanks Tex- the dietician said I should take a multi vitamin. I know the Freedia vitamins are legal for the SCDiet so they must not contain any corn or anything like that.
