I take Theragran-M, but I didn't actually take any multivitamins until I started to heal. I was afraid to take any while I was still regularly reacting, especially since these contain some corn derivatives, which means that they might not be safe for a lot of us.

They're made by Bristol-Myers Squibb, but Walgreens bought the rights to these vitamins, so I believe they are now distributed exclusively by Walgreens.

It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.

Thanks Tex- the dietician said I should take a multi vitamin. I know the Freedia vitamins are legal for the SCDiet so they must not contain any corn or anything like that.

May I ask what else your dietician recommended for gaining weight??
I can eat what ever I want, but gaining weight has always been a struggle for me.. I'm not a snacker, so I basically eat, breakfast, lunch and dinner.
:breakdance: Hey!!! Who posted my picture on here?????
