Hi Mrs. Columbo,

I'm glad that you're finally feeling well enough to to jump back into your normal routine. Carmen does keep you busy, doesn't she. LOL.

Lyrica is primarily designed to relieve two of the most common types of nerve pain, namely nerve pain caused by either diabetes or shingles. It's also approved to treat partial onset seizures in adults with epilepsy, who take one or more anti-seizure medications.

It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.

Hi Twinnie

Robert was on Lyrica for his Peripheral Neurophathy but the benefit he was getting for cost was not good enough. It is sooo expensive. He was put on Tegretol which was not too good as he was in a daze most of the time & he seemed as though he was drunk or something. Now he is taking Gabapentin (Neurontin)which he gets through the pain clinic at the hospital for a reduced price. It is hugely expensive if you get it privately from a pharmacy as well. He is doing pretty well on it so far although he does have some stomache pain & bloating & his speech is effected at times.

Love

Liz
