Very interesting link to a liquid vitamin, most specifically this section

a. The body may not produce sufficient quantity to meet the needs imposed by disease or stress.
b. It can help to protect nerve cells and aids in the production of blood cells.
c. It can be beneficial for those suffering from allergies and ulcers.
d. It can stimulate the inflammatory response of skin and mucous membranes.
e. It can prove beneficial in reducing inflammation associated with injury or joint disease.
f. It can be helpful in building cells and repairing tissue.
g. It can stimulate the digestive enzyme ‘Gastrin’.
h. It can convert to histamine, which is a major neurotransmitter in your brain & throughout parts of your nervous system.
i. It is the only amino acid found to be consistently low in the blood of those with rheumatoid arthritis
j. It is required by the body to regulate and utilize essential trace minerals such as copper, zinc, iron, manganese and molybdenum.

Funny you should mention L-Histidine as I've thought of taking that to see what it might do for me. Mainly I was going to take it for acid production.

I really need to get my acid levels tested somehow first though.

I've been supplementing with L-Tyrosine for various symptoms I have, only on the second day, but what's interesting is last night was the first night I slept through the entire night without waking up. Strange. That and my hands don't seem as cold today.
