Post by barbaranoela »

Its been a very tiresome weekend---- I dont know---
Actually I really believe that 4 days a week---arising @ 6a.m. to go and Xercize is becoming NOT MY THING

We did want to visit with Deb---but their weather was a hinderance--

Ya know what---Im in a *funk* state---maybe my body needs more time to recoup from that virus--- ---* :whatever:

So Wendy---if U catch this post--- --we spew about everything--
Thats what :music: friends are for :music:

Have a good one all-
keep a

Mrs. Columbo,

You get up at 6 AM? Four days a week? To go exercise?

Wow! No wonder you're feeling tired. Why get up that early - unless you're goin' huntin' or fishin', or planning to do something else that's more enjoyable than exercising? LOL.

I second Joanna's motion - pleasant dreams Mrs. Columbo.

Luve,
Galahad

It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.
