The simplest things!!!!
Hey all
Hey all
Getting out and exercising has always been big part of my life. Without a doubt their is nothing that makes me feel more alive, more here or more healthy . It slowed down a bit with my first symptoms but I truly feel that keeping at bicycling , cross-country skiing , canoe trips and something as simple a walking every day has played a big part in my recovery and will always continue to do so.
Here is another article by Dr Mercola on how exercise really does keep you healthy.

Hi Matthew...were yout able to get outside and exercise yesterday? It was so beautiful here in Denver! They say by monday we'll be up to 71 degrees! I keep thinking the other shoe is going to drop the second half of the month, but we'll take what we can get for now!
I live down in Castle Pines Village. We have excellent walking paths and not too busy roads to walk on. Lots of hills--good for the legs and rear end! When we first moved here 1 1/2 years ago I could barely get up them, now I can actually almost run up them AND can even carry on a conversation at the same time--progress is a good thing. I think a lot has to do with having lost 45 lbs last fall--on a low carb diet of all things (South Beach). Who knew that I was even ahead of my time then--no wonder I felt so much better!
So, enjoy the beautiful day here! I'm painting again today, but plan to get out for at least a walk.

I'm jealous! It was 7 at my house this morning. Supposed to be 45 on Saturday which will feel like a heat wave to us for sure. I had to go to Burlington (2 hours each way) yesterday, so both yesterday and this morning I had to stop for gas in the bitter cold. UGH! Ah well, spring is coming, we can feel it, it just isn't here yet. If fact when the wind wasn't blowing you could feel the heat from the sun yesterday on your face.

Hi, I spend 30 mins a night now after work walking Buckmaster and Jasmine around the property. Can't do much more right now because of the bad knee, but I am hoping that gets better with more exercise. I am feeling a bit better for it. Love Oma
May I be more compassionate and loving than yeterday*and be able to spot the idiots in advance
