Dee,

You're more than welcome. I was just stating a fact. Your recipes, and your advice on cooking, are truly awesome.

Love,
Wayne

Hi Dee! I plan to join you on that pedestal pretty soon here. I LOVE to cook and actually have over 1200 recipes on my computer that I started compiling about 10 years ago. Of course, I can't have most of them now, but I'll be putting in a new category--GFCF! I computerized my collection because I got so tired of copying recipes for people. Maybe we should write a cookbook together! I also love to share them, so if anyone is in need of some good recipes, please let me know and I'll start posting. Am making that gf bread this morning--can't wait!

Good Wendy!!! The more the better on the recipe front!
I come from a family of cooks and bakers and I have followed in the footsteps since I've been 15. Soooo, I have almost 40 years of experience. Have helped alot of small business family restaurant owners get their places up and running. Supplied alot of them with pies, cakes, cookies, cheesecakes, etc... Families would buy homemade soups by the gallons to take home an freeze or for get togethers. I don't have alot of recipes as I scratch cook and I'm familiar with many herbs and spices that compliment whatever I make. Like last week I made an scratch tomato, fennel, and anise soup at the place I work and it was a huge hit!
I have to leave for work soon, and I'll post more later..

Love
Dee~~~
