Since about 11:20 this am it has been raining a slow easy soaker, except for intermitent bursts. Are you getting any rain where you are?? I know we need the rain, but it makes one large mess out here in the country. Love Oma

It's cloudy here, but no rain. I hope that will change later tonight and tomorrow, when we have an 80% chance for the first time in a long time. If it doesn't rain pretty soon, the newly-planted corn crop won't amount to much.

Well whatta ya know, there's something beginning to fall from the sky, that looks a lot like rain. It's still pretty light, but at least it's wet.
