GrandChildren

Post by annie oakley »

Well, we are suppose to get a visit from our middle daughter tomorrow, the way she is tho, she is never on time. I am working til two pm. But she is spending the night and bringing her twin girls. The girls are two yrs. These are tthe two girls that were born 3 mo early and had some major medical stuff going on, don't know if any of you remember or not. Anyway, it's great to visit but always better when they leave. This daughter has hair black as coal but is as blonde as the day is long....No offense to anyone who is blonde because even if any of you are I know from your posts none of you act blonde.... We are in a 31 ft travel trailer til we get the barn finished (we are going to put an apartment in one end til we get the house built)....anyway I told her she gets to sleep on the couch with the twins and they will have to mind. I get out Grandmas's wooden spoon. They are cute little girls but they can be little Monsters. Love Oma P>S Forgot to tell you that we got to see our newest Grandaughter at the funeral, she was two weeks old last Saturday. Gorgeous child. I will try to send a pic as soon as I find out whether we ahve that capability on this board. Love to all Herb Lady

 Oma, I know exactly what you are saying. I love for my kids/grandchildren to visit and I love it just as much when they are gone - LOL. I'd like it much better if we all lived close enough to visit for an hour or so at a time. Very un-grandma like words, I know.

It's not un grandma like, it's the truth. That's why it's our right to send them home, we couldn't send our kids anywhere, but we CAN send the grandkids. Love The herb Lady
