Hi Dee....I make my own Poutice's, tinctures and concoctions. I don't make my own oils. Those I collect and use. I can put together some oils you can buy to maybe help with the Funk. I take them to work with me all the time to just smell and give me a lift.
I have lots of teas that I mix and brew. I keep sage for burning. I just like the natural stuff.
I wish I had the time and money to go to Tai chi and yoga classes. But I do meditate and do visulization. I can control my depression somewhat with the meditation.

PSS. I go to Wild Oats or Sunflower and buy my oils-----already mixed--

Spray them all around my bedroom---luve em --especially lavender --
