The trend toward nutritional "super foods" of questionable merit, seems to be escalating.

This article reminded me of the one we read a couple of months ago--the one that recommended eating Real Food. This article's guess at our motivation for seeking out these wonder nutrients makes some sense. Us oldies are grasping at anything to improve our health/defy death!

But I have gotten to like Smart Balance Buttery Spread! :smile:
