I saw in yesterday's paper that Ben & Jerry's recalled pints of Peach Cobbler ice cream because they forgot to include some form of wheat on the ingredient list! Wheat/gluten is getting more mainstream.

You're right - it's showing up in a lot of ice cream these days. When they sorta forget to mention it on the label, well that really sucks.

Especially all the ice cream I used to really like...cookie dough, fudge brownie, etc.
