Question about sleep aides????

The doctor said I don't have to see him for 4 months, good news there. But He gave me a RX for Rozerem, as I am getting to sleep around 1am in the morning. And clearly nor getting enough rest.
My question is....do any of you know anything or have had any exoeriences with it? Love Oma

I think Rozerem is one of the new ones!! Not supposed to be habit forming.
I occasionally take Lunesta and it works well for me. With it, you don't have the groggy effect when you wake up in the morning. And I can tell that I get a more restful sleep.

Me either, Oma. I'm taking Ambien. Not Ambien CR - insurance wouldn't let me have the CR version. Wierd huh.

I tried it last night, the Rozerem......I got some sleep and was not groggy this morming. Dr gave me 6 pills to try before I fill a RX.
