Hi Oma, thanks for your good thoughts. Harry is doing as well as can be expected after all he had to go through. The doctor said it might take up to 6 months for him to fully recover. He isn`t having any problems right now except the Coumadin. A nurse comes 3 times a week to draw labs on that. He has actually been off it for over a week but his level is still way too high....4.2 when it should be between 2 and 3. He is also still extremely weak and feels like he should be exercising more but I think rest is more important right now.

I have been getting lots of rest, as well. I got my cast off almost two weeks ago and the doctor said I should be able to go back to work on 4/5. I don`t think so. I still have to wear a brace until the 4th . I take it off to excersize my wrist and when I wash dishes. It hurts like the dickens. I can`t even hold a half cup of coffee without the brace. My dishwasher is still mending (Harry) so I have been doing all of them myself. That is the hardest part of the day. I just do them once a day.

You have a good rest of the day. Love, Carol

I am so glad to hear things are improving. You will probably experience some pain, but if it gets too bad tell your doctor. But I am glad you are getting some rest. Take care Love oma
