Hi Polly good to see your photo its nice to put a face to a name, hope you are well. The honey and cinnamin is also good for lowering cholesterol according to that same article. The woman who told me about it said she lowered hers in 3 months by 60 points. Pretty good huh!

Hi Bobbie,
It's always good to hear from a friend across the pond! I am doing very well, thank you. I am surprised that you are having hot weather. How hot is it? I thought England was much more temperate than most of the U.S. I hope you were not hit by the storms. . How are you feeling these days?
Love,
Polly

Hi Polly,
Im not too bad, thanks for asking, i think last time we spoke i was having a problem with my son smoking pot, well finger's crossed since the trouble he had on the bus, with the two boy's and after i went out after them like a raving lunatic he seems to have been alright. I am still taking the Protium tablets for the acid reflux, i have tried not to take them but everything i eat criples me so now i just take them one in the morning and one at night, but i have found that they do help the D.... so that is good anyway. My gland on the right side of my throat is still swelling up like a golf ball though which is painful but i go back to the hospital in July so i will see what they say then. My G.P has said that i have got to have the operation for the carpole tunnel but im not in any rush to have that done as i can'nt afford to have the time off of work. So Polly if you hear of anyone selling a decent body cheep let me know. Well our weather has gone mad. it must be up in the nineties it is sweltering here, i am dreading the storm's whenever they are going to come i will probeble hide in a cuboard somewhere lol . BFN Love Bobbie

OK, Sally. This doc will tell you about some other natural ways to reduce cholesterol:
1. Google the "portifolio" diet. It is all-natural and relies on foods with soluble fiber (as oppsed to the insoluble fiber that makes MC worse). It can lower cholesterol by 33%.
2. The butter-substitute spreads like Benecol have plant sterol esters that can lower the LDL (bad) cholesterol by 14%.
3. One of the best ways to raise the HDL (good) cholesterol is with regular exercise.
L and N,
Polly

EXERCISE~~~~~~
Well instead of buying Peanut Butter I bought ICE CREAM/peanut butter!!
Think that will do the same??? I doubt it
Anyway---my cholesterol had better be down---
Every morning Lou and I walk---and walk---
I am gettting more and more luving it and my pace is picking up----I just got a bit concerned today cus Lou kinda developed a heavy breathing issues along the route but then it went away---
I know he isnt over doing but ya just get a little over anxious when this happens---but I didnt show it---- 'd about this and that----tried to look
Plus I do my regular Xercising @ home---so am hoping for a good *lipid* report--
And Lou is going for Cardiac Therapy----which will be of great help and maybe *tune* him up for his return to the gym---
I am a little leary about the gym----but I am sure he will use common sense and lift what he used to----
Who knows??? Maybe they will tell him to eliminate lottsa things he did there--
And I was mistaken----Kait wasnt taking SATS----she came home Monday and Tuesday ,@ home, with a tutor present, she took her REGENTS--
Took 5 hours cus half the time she fell to sleep
Am sure the tutor wasnt too happy with that----
Cant wait till Lou is totally well, this way we can get in the car and get away again~~~~~
Take care
keep a smile
luv Barbara
