Anheuser-Busch Launches A Gluten-Free Beer :toast:

Post by tex »

Hi All,

It's called Redbridge. Apparently the gluten-free movement is beginning to catch the eye of some mainstream manufacturers. Whether you are a beer drinker or not, this type of product introduction has to be good for the visibility of the GF movement in general, not only in this country, but worldwide.

It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.

Just red the post and am thrilled. The posting says it tastes a lot like Killian's and that can't be a bad thing. Am not a beer drinker but one every now and then, especially in hot weather, would be nice. Now to find it.

Thanks Tex & Love, Maggie

The fooddoc did a recent writeup on this beer in his blog. He's been doing an experiment on twinkies as well. :)
