Hi,
I finally got some Cortef. I noticed that one of the side effects is increased appetite. Bob, have you experienced this? I would hate to gain weight because of this drug.

No, I haven't noticed that.
In my opinion, if someone has low cortisol levels, bringing them back to normal would not present problems.
But then, I don't personally have weight issues - mine is the other way around. I turned into a scarecrow after my health went south 20 years ago, after a severe case of EBV. I believe my adrenals were hammered around the same time, with various cascading symptoms, and colitis showing up shortly thereafter.
