Good Morning+A Great Weekend

Post by barbaranoela »

Hope U all have a wonderful weekend----even if its just lounging around or running here and there~~~~

Has this nutty weather affected anyone????

One of Oma's post said they had Tornado warnings----How did U make out Oma????

Well we are gearing for a NorEaster which is being defined as megga WINDS and RAIN!!!!

Who knows??? And now all the town will be out,in full force, stocking up @ the supermarkets----
We finished our *DULL* shopping yesterday----which means NO ICE CREAM---ratz---
I was very proud of *ME* to just keep walking past that ICE CREAM isle!!!

Other than that---the sun is shining right now---with a little chill in the air and Mr. Louie is out buying another *toy*---  NOOOOOOO--not another car!!!! Something for the puter---

Till later----should really do some *cleaning/clearing* up stuff---but Junior always tells me---it will be there tomorrow---
So maybe I will wait till the *morrow* :bandevil:

Hope you are having a great weekend, Barbara.

Bill was planning to leave for Pa. tomorow but the storm changed his mind. He now plans to leave Monday. Our area of Pa. could get up to 8 inches of snow tomorrow.

Oma, I was wondering about you and the weather also.

Love, Shirley

Shirley-------isnt this weather crazy----

I spoke to my friends in AZ---who were to leave for Illinois--they are all packed---and the house is ready for a *click* of the lock---

But, as Carmen said, Gene woke up to some kinda viral bug(confined to the throne) --and with what they heard of the weather----Carmen and Gene are staying put in AZ.---

Thats why the best way ,when ya doing the snow-birding stuff, is to have a place in both places----

Hope Bill has a safer trip when he leaves for home---

Mrs. Columbo,

I always have trouble getting past the ice cream isle too, when I'm at the grocery store. LOL.

The storms dodged us last night - all we got was a little thunder and light rain. I hope it doesn't get out of hand in your part of the country.

Morning Barbara,

Wow what a weather weekend. We woke up this a.m. to 4" of snow and 50 MPH winds and it is flooded everywhere. Had to get around lots of trees coming into work. Wanted to just turn around and go back home.

Congrats on passing that ice cream aisle - I never even look there anymore.

Love, Maggie

Mrs. Columbo,

I don't eat ice cream very often, any more, but when I do, . . . yep, it's straight out of the carton. What the heck - it saves getting a bowl dirty. LOL.
