Give up? It's your old, familiar, standby favorite treat - chocolate.

The news just keeps getting better and better for chocolate. I wonder why they keep doing so much research on chocolate? Do you suppose it could be because it's so easy to get volunteers to participate in the trials? LOL.

Hard to believe that something so good, could be so good for you. I've gotta start eatin' more of this stuff - I didn't realize it was that healthy.

Love,
Tex

It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.

Galahad---- could do the Lucy and Ethel thing where the stuff is rolling too fast and they shove it all in their mouth---

Especially with CHOCOLATE-----I read an article in Sundays paper and HURRAY---I was so glad I was eating something right---
Maybe too much---but look -- who CARES!!!

I keep falling apart but damn---will keep eating the DARK chocolate with the higher cocoa in it--

Ok, that's probably the ONE food that I eat every single day--without fail! At least I'm doing something right!

Thanks for the good news, Tex!
