What does it mean if one has too MANY RED BLOOD CELLS???

Doug is being sent to a Hematologist---- for this reason---

And if I go and google it---U know me----it wont be simple enuf to understand totally!!!

to add----I googled it---sounded simple enuf----

also--the reason WHY I hate to google or ASK.COM------the Xplanations really scare me----
as U all know---I or anyone---WILL have what is said----
So I am better off not knowing too much---
