So off we went - luckily, no one wants to sit next to a screaming child in the ER waiting room, so we were seen quickly and taken straight back to x-ray.
They couldn't see any fracture, but because she was complaining of her wrist, and couldn't wiggle all of the fingers, they can't rule out a growth plate fracture...so I need to call our ped tomorrow and get an orthopedic referral and have her seen next week to have it re-checked. She has a splint on, and is *not* happy about it (however, this may be the trick to get her to give up thumb-sucking!

It wasn't bad as far as ER visits go only 2.5 hours total. I'm sure our health insurance provider is wondering what the he$* is up with my family and all of the claims (we had an insurance change 4/1 - so they get to pay for 2 of my 3 surgeries

I am hoping and praying for an uneventful weekend!
