Barbara,

<sigh> It's always something, isn't it. A lot of doctors seem to like to keep their patients in suspense, as long as they can. I guess it makes them feel more important, when they know that you're anxiously waiting to hear what they have to say.

I hope the treatment is not very troublesome.

It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.

Wow, I'm sorry to hear that you have another health issue, Barbara. Like Tex, I hope the treatment won't be troublesome. I don't know too much about hyperthyroid. I have the version on the other side of the scale.

Your thyroid could very well be causing some of the other issues, though...so perhaps if there is a problem and they take care of it, maybe some other things will clear up right along with it!

Here's hoping for a great day for you, Barbara!

I hope they got to the root of the problem, Barbara

I am sure you will find much better after you get to the right treatment.

Take care,
