Happy Mother's Day

Post by Momster »

All you Mothers have a wonderful Mother's Day.

We're all going to meet at my daughter, Lisa's place and order Chinese food so no one will have to cook. Peggy & Ronny will be there too. I have a surprise for her (tee-hee).

Hope you all get spoiled and have a great day.

Love - Momster

Well, I'm late but hoping everyone enjoyed Mother's Day. It's been a busy one for me.

I am only a cat mom, but what the heck....I am Shilo's mom...hahaha. The 38 year old Taiwanese student who is living with me gave me a card and a book mark...she didn't know if it was appropriate...I told her it was very kind and after all, I am a Homestay mom. I went to my sister's for dinner...yum....nite nite...

Yes, Happy Mother's Day albeit a day late.

Joanna, I stopped by our local florist Saturday to finish paying for my wedding flowers and heard on florist comment that she didn't know which was worse, Valentine's Day or Mother's Day! I'd bet Mother's day because they not only had flowers to do for that, but garden season is gearing up here so their greenhouses were hopping with people getting plants/mulch etc., and next weekend is the prom in town so at least one girl was in ordering her flowers for that, plus it's wedding season. YIKES.

We had a nice day. Took Geoff's parents out to lunch. My parents went to my grandmothers because it was also her birthday...she is now 89 (and just signed up for a 5 year term on the housing authority board!).
