he has to go in to have his gallbladder removed on June 12. What sent him to the hospital in the first place was an acute gallbaldder attack.

I really didn`t think too much about how the gallbladder works until the surgeon drew us a diagram on a whiteboard in the room, explaining as he went. Could be some serious consequences if not taken care of. His will, and we can only hope he doesn`t have another attack before the scheduled surgery....if so he will have a large incision instead of a few holes. Love, Carol

Well, at least you know what's what. I sure hope all will go well. Harry will be strong enough for another surgery by June 12th? I guess you both have two weeks to gear up! Then, maybe, you'll see the light at the end of the tunnel.

Yes---I hope it can be done laproscopically(spelling) done and No ATTACKS before the scheduled hospital time--

I know this is good news, but it is never fun to undergo another surgery. I've got everything crossed that there will be no further attacks until then.

So sorry to hear it is another surgery and the GB is definitely not a fun one with recovery time but glad to hear it is not the heart again.

I am sorry that Harry has to undergo another surgery, but at least you know what the problem was and it is not the heart again.

It will turn out fine. Now you know what to expect.
