I'll be gone over the holiday weekend

Post by Mars »

We are taking Trisha and her family to Tennessee this weekend. I was really expecting a quiet 3-day holiday but it's just NOT going to happen. Larry works second shift so he won't get off until 11 or 12 - home for a couple hours of sleep and then off at 3 am or so. The kids are really beat with all the traveling. They got to my house at 4 am and left at 3 pm for West Virginia where Eddie is from to pick up a truck load of stuff. They head back to central Ohio tomorrow - pack up another truck from storage and my spare room and off again after a few hours sleep for an 8 hour trip to Tennessee. We'll spend the night and head back on Sunday.

WHEWWW!!!!!!!!!!!!! Gotta do what ya gotta do I guess! LOL

We are excited about seeing where they are going to live though. They found a nice 3 bedroom house in a quiet neighborhood. It has 3 bedroom (baby on the way, remember) and a fenced in back yard. They are really excited.

I go to the doctor tomorrow also to get the results of my colonoscopy and throat scope. Gonna ask for my blood test results (copy of) and the other 2 tests. I'll post when we get back on my results. Should be interesting. I'm only working until noon tomorrow - that should help!

Everyone enjoy your holiday weekend. Love to all.

Mars,

That does sound like a hectic weekend schedule. I hope that everything goes smoothly, as planned.

I hope the test results look good, too.

Tex

Morning Mars,

Have a safe trip and I am thrilled you are getting to see their new home. Travel safe.

We will also be away in VA this weekend so I probably will have to catch up late Monday or early Tuesday.

Everyone have a wonderful holiday.

Love, Maggie

Mars Bar!

When do YOU get to kick back and relax? LOL! I think we should take up a collection to send you to camp this summer. Or better yet, how about to a spa where you can be pampered?

How is the course coming along? Also, good luck with the test results.

Love,

Polly Wolly

HI everyone,
Thanks for the well-wishes.

Polly Wolly - the course is going rather slow right now with all the interuptions! I'll get back on track soon. I got a B on my first exam!

Jill - REST????????? Can someone explain to me what that is????

Maggie - Have a safe trip yourself. Yes, I'm excited to see that she will be safe and secure. She's excited to show me where they will be living.

Tex - The test results are going to have to wait. The doc's office called and said that he had emergency surgeries so I had to reschedule for June 1st. That worked with my schedule since I have some running to do before I start packing this afternoon.

Talk to everyone soon!

Love,
Mars
