I knew about a dark room when going to sleep---cus thats what I do---
We had an anniversary clock that---tick-tick ticked--very quietly BUT even that sound bothered me--so its now holding still @ 12 O'clock

Thank you, Thank you!!! What a wonderfully written post. I will concentrate on these steps starting today. A couple things struck me as I read the 7 tips, by way of confirmation:
1. I have lupus, hashimoto's, mc, all autoimmune problems, and my C-reactive protein measurement (even though I'm in lupus remission, and the mc is mostly under control) is still out of normal ranges.
2. About a year after the stomach problems started, I began to see light right through my eyelids. Had to buy the block-out shades or I couldn't sleep. Maybe just the body's way of trying to protect itself and get good sleep?
