Hiya Wayne---bought CA-AntiVirus on internet renewal--
Had trouble installing----
Called Tech-support--they took over my puter and installed it--
Had no trouble after that---only on installation--
This was for Barbara's desk top.

Went to Best Buy and purchased renewal for my desk top--it was CA-Suite-
Installed same on mine--no troubles--everything else OK~~~

Glad you got it working. It never occurred to me that someone could remotely control a computer running 98, (other than a LAN), but I assume it worked because you have it networked with a computer running XP.

I'm still using CA EZ-Antivirus on three PCs, and it's working fine on them.
