SWEATING and CRAMPED LEG
the fruit of the spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness and self-control
If I could venture a guess - it is probably the excess iron that your system is unable to absorb especially since it happens right after you get the dose.
Hang in there Barbara, it WILL get better!

"Let us rise up and be thankful, for if we didn't learn a lot today, at least we learned a little, and if we didn't learn a little, at least we didn't get sick, and if we got sick, at least we didn't die; so, let us all be thankful." -- Buddha
Yep Barb-
I hear you on the *restart* button. Mike likes to sometimes watch a show on TLC - Overhaulin' - where they totally rebuild someone's car, top to bottom.
This body needs that - well, "some" of the parts are salvageable
I know thyroids can be tricky...my mom spent several months tweaking her meds - and apparently it's not that uncommon...
Hope you're feeling better soon!
