I have had a red spot that turned into kinda like a split, it's in the corner of my mouth. I didn't think much about it til I remembered that I had another one about three or four years ago on the other side of my mouth just like it. It was a pre-cancerous lesion that had gotton infected....go figure. I remembered that I had already had about 18 removed from my hands. So after many days of trying to heal myself to no avail I called the doc today and he said get my butt in there tomorrow. So I am taking half a day off to have him look at it. He will chew my butt tomorrow too. My Dad had trouble with lesions all his life. I guess it's part...genes and part..."that's what I get for surfing and spending every free moment as a child at the beach....who knew about sun screen in the 60's huh? He will send me to one of his skin doctor buddies. I plan to walk in there with a rolll of paper towels in hand, for the butt chewing I may get. Anyway wish me luck. Love Oma

Well went to the doctor about the skin.....he is treating it with a cream for right now to get it healed up....said he wants to get it cleared up a bit more then we will look at going to a skin doctor as he saw some other things he wants to have looked at.....keeping fingers crossed.
Yes Kathy.....I am an ex surfer. Grew up on the beaches of southern california....Redondo..Hermosa...long Beach etc even went to a few on Hwy 101. I was young and stupid thought it was COOL!!! My mother nearly disowned me during my Hippie and surfer stages. Never did get into drugs tho, stayed clean. My parents would have skined me alive had I done drugs. Love Oma
