I am a nervous wreck, but excited too! I have a job interview at the Museum in Seattle on Monday, and today was also invited to interview for a job in California. Does anybody know anything about Belmont, CA? I am still cleaning out my classroom... made good progress today, but still not done.....I also have the huge art studio to do...I have been working on it gradually but need to get ready for the final push...well...need to go make dinner...TTFN...JJ

Jill,

Great news! Am still keeping everything crossed. You are almost finished cleaning out your classroom, so soon you can tell that school to take a hike. I can't believe how they have treated you, one of their own. Good riddance! I know that all of this happened for a reason............time will tell.

Love,

Polly

Congrats on the interviews and anxiously waiting to hear how it all goes. You need to be in a new place where you are respected and admired.

Oooh Jill-

Belmont is not far from me!! It is a very nice area about 20 miles south of San Francisco....And about 2.5 hours from the Sierras!

Yea....mountains...skiing...sounds great!
I did not hear back from the school today...hmmm....I told them I didn't know much about computer graphics so maybe they changed their mind! I really am pooped and dread the thought of a trip out of state for an interview.

Tomorrow morning, the whole Arts Dept at school is taking me out to breakfast.....sniff.....there will be a whole bunch of them, music, drama, art people and some of the consignment music people. I love this group and they have been a huge support system for me.

I am going back to school tonight to grab some pallets. My basement leaks and I don't want to store stuff if there is a chance of water dammage. If I feel up to it, I may move some boxes of stuff home too. I still need to finish packing, but the biggest part is done....at least in my office, not the studio..

I had a horrible morning...I woke up with a terible pain in my lower stomach. I thought it might be a bad gas pain, so took some Gas-Ex and an Aleve...I threw-up....went back to bed and slept for another hour. Two people at work said they had D this morning, I wonder if we ate the same thing for lunch yesterday??? I am better now....No D for me or even a movement...hope I don't have some sort of blockage...

Hey, that's nice of them to do that, ( the breakfast rendezvous). I hope it doesn't become too sad.

I hope your digestive system is back to normal, tomorrow, so you can enjoy the breakfast.

Breakfast was great but gave me D....I made it home just in time! I had grits, eggs, and chipped beef gravy over biscuits....too much rich food and stress. My friends gave me flowers and some $ so I can do something fun...I have forgotten what fun is! My Art History room is all packed and I need to move the stuff tonight or tomorrow. I gave my final exam today....sigh...

I received a voice mail from a school in New Jersey...will have a phone interview with the headmaster on Monday! The school is near Princeton, New Jersey. Wow, things are starting to heat up....my plate is getting full.

I need to go..I am still at school....a fellow is coming for some private instruction, so I need to meet him in the front hall...don't get excited, he's married... TTFN...JJ
